TERMS & CONDITIONS
 

COURSES (REGULAR LESSONS)

  1. The package rate for Salsa and Bachata classes at The Studio is $130 for 6 lessons. Drop-in/Trial Fee is $25 per class.

  2. Advance payment, in full, upon registration must be made before class commences. 

  3. If students cannot make it to the course,  they may request a refund at least 24 hours before the class commences. 

  4. There are NO refunds for missed lessons. You may attend the missed lesson at the next cycle of the same level, or request for a video of the lesson you missed.

  5. At The Studio's discretion and on a case-by-case basis, The Studio may provide refunds. However, The Studio will deduct the number of lessons utilized at the drop-in rate. 

  6. E.g. If a student paid the package rate of $130 and attended two lessons, the refund will be calculated: 
    25 X 2 = $50
    $130 - $50 = $80 refund

  7.  At The Studio's discretion and on a case-by-case basis, The Studio may offer a credit instead of a refund. The calculation will be the same as above.

  8. Students may not use their credit for Salsa and Bachata lessons for other non-salsa/bachata lessons or events at The Studio. 

  9. Students must utilize their credit within three months of the issued date. Refer to #7.  

  10. Credits, upon agreed, may not be converted to cash refunds. 

  11. REFRESHER LESSONS we are pleased to provide discounts as follows for students keen to do refresher lessons:
    < 6 mths of Course date 40% discount
    > 6mths - 1 yr 20% discount

 

WORKSHOPS

  1. Advance payment, in full, upon registration must be made before the workshop commences. 

  2. If students cannot make it to the workshop, they may request a refund 24 hours before the workshop commences. 

  3. There are strictly no refunds, partial refunds, or credit should students missed the workshop. 

  4. Students must pay the workshop in full or the drop-in rate if available.

  5. Students may not use their credit from Salsa and Bachata workshops for other non-salsa/bachata workshops or events at The Studio

    CLASS CANCELLATION 
    10 full course sign-ups/participants  required to proceed with lessons and we reserve the right to cancel lessons/courses 24-48 hours prior if minimum numbers are not met. Full refunds will be issued to registrants within 24 hours.
